According to the inner sleeve notes...
"These songs were recorded at The Music Factory in Rotherham - home to The Jive Bunny - in 1985. They were originally intended for release on Stuart Borman and Andrew Chester's PBG (Perry Boy Global) Label. This World of Twist fell to bits in 1986 but not before a tearful and violent show in Bridlington. The beard and lipstick scene was dead. Speed and bullworkers would come later. We thought we were art."
